LENGTH: Your foot should fill the whole shoe from front to back with no extra space at the heel

WIDTH: Should be snug when brand new, not uncomfortably tight. We use very high quality leathers that will stretch and soften with wear.

Please avoid sizing up in this style as once the leather has stretched, the heel strap may slip off

Leather-lined innersoles: Dab gently with a damp cloth or use leather cleaner.

Microfibre innersoles (vegan styles): Wipe with a slightly damp cloth or neutral baby wipe, or brush with a clean, soft-bristled brush.

Leather uppers: Clean with a damp cloth or leather cleaning product. To extend the life of the leather, treat with a leather-protecting spray.

Glitter finishes: Refresh with a gentle mist of water to remove dust.

Please note Metallic finishes are delicate and need to be worn with care to prevent scratches to the surface.
