The Sunkissed Avarca in Charcoal brings a darker, more versatile edge to our playful three-strap Menorcan sandal. Three contrasting leather toe straps in tonal charcoal shades keep the design interesting without being loud, perfect for the woman who wants a dark flat sandal that works beyond summer.
Each pair is handcrafted by our artisans on the island of Menorca, Spain, and carries the Government of Menorca stamp of authenticity. The naturally tanned leather insole is made through a completely natural, chemical-free process, keeping your feet cool and breathable throughout the day.
Buttery soft leather uppers mould to your feet with wear, giving you a fit that feels custom. The recycled rubber sole mimics the movement of bare feet and is lightweight and flexible, built for all-day comfort, from running around town to a casual dinner. The secure slip-on heel strap keeps everything in place with no buckles, no adjustments.

LENGTH: Your foot should fill the whole shoe from front to back with no extra space at the heel
WIDTH: Should be snug when brand new, not uncomfortably tight. We use very high quality leather that will stretch and soften with wear.
Due to the delicate design of the toe straps with 3 thin strips of leather, we recommend wearing this shoe in gently when new to avoid blisters as the leather softens to your feet
This style is particularly well suited to a slimmer foot.
Please avoid sizing up in this style as once the leather has stretched, the heel strap may slip off

UPPERS
The uppers are crafted from high quality leather that should require minimal care. Any scuff marks can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth or an appropriate leather cleaning product. To extend the life of the leathers we recommend treating with a leather protectng spray.
Please note Metallic finishes are delicate and need to be worn with care to prevent scratches to the surface. Once scratched, it is not possible to remove or repair.
INNERSOLES
Our Sunkissed Avarca range uses a cow leather for the insole which has followed a 100% natural and chemical-free vegetable tanning process, therefore no finish is applied to the leather.
This allows the foot to breathe naturally, keeping feet dry and avoiding perspiration and odors. The insoles will therefore naturally change colour and darken over time with wear and with exposure to light, sun and dirt.
In order to keep your insole as fresh as possible, we recommend ensuring that your feet are always clean and dry when wearing them, as dirt transfer from your feet to the insoles can cause stains.
To clean the insoles, we recommend using a gentle leather cleaning spray or cream to remove excess dirt but please note that dirt absorbed by the leather will not be able to be removed.
You can also spray your innersoles with a leather protecting spray when new to protect against water and stains.
